  2. Add the lamb pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. While the lamb marinates, place the halved new potatoes in a pot of salted water and bring to a boil. Cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes, then drain and let cool.
