Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
  2. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear. Remove from the grill and let rest.
  3. While the chicken is cooking, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  4. In the last 3 minutes of cooking the pasta, add the asparagus and cherry tomatoes to the boiling water.
  5. Drain the pasta and vegetables, then drizzle with olive oil and toss gently.
  6. Slice the grilled chicken and serve it on a bed of pasta and vegetables. Top with freshly grated parmesan cheese and chopped basil.
