  4. While the fish marinates, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 100 ml of pasta water, then drain the pasta.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chopped parsley, chopped basil, lemon zest, reserved pasta water, and additional salt and pepper to taste. Toss until well combined.
  6. Place the marinated fish on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
