- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- While the chicken is marinating, rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- In a saucepan, bring the chicken broth to a boil, then add the rinsed rice. Reduce to a simmer, cover, and cook for 15 minutes until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
