Instructions
- Preheat a sous vide water bath to 60°C.
- Season the shrimp and mussels with salt and black pepper, then place them in a vacuum-sealed bag with half of the butter and minced garlic.
- Seal the bag and submerge it in the water bath for 30 minutes.
- While the shellfish cooks, bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a separate pan, melt the remaining butter over medium heat, adding the chopped parsley and lemon juice, stirring to combine.
- Once the shellfish is cooked, remove the bag from the water bath and pour the contents into the pan with the garlic butter sauce.
- Gently toss the shellfish with the noodles in the pan until well coated with the sauce.
- Serve immediately, garnishing with additional parsley if desired.
